Luciano Goizueta, a Costa Rican artist that I deeply admire, painted a series called Microcosmos, characterized by his original concept of photographing a micro detail of paint residue on his work tools and reproducing that magnified image on large-scale canvases. Referring to this work, he said: "Despite the control of what is portrayed, the genesis of these paintings is random and even with a methodical pictorial work, the final result is unexpected." Running into this work, these colors and this concept, was that I had the idea of altering something of my daily life to express the micro cosmos that lives in me, in my project, "Inquietud".
